about how information is handled when you use Minesweeper 64.
This Privacy Policy describes information stored by the App,
information that may be processed by third-party advertising
services, and the choices available to users.
2. Information We Collect and Store
Minesweeper 64 does not require users to create an account,
sign in, or provide their name, email address, phone number,
or other personal contact information to play.
The App may store gameplay information locally on your device,
including:
- Selected difficulty and game settings

- Other locally saved gameplay preferences
This information is stored using local application storage.
We do not operate a cloud database that receives or stores
these gameplay records.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Minesweeper 64 is a free application supported by
advertisements provided through Google AdMob,
an advertising service operated by Google.
Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect
or process information when advertisements are requested
or displayed, including:
- Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers
- IP addresses and approximate location inferred from IP addresses
- Device information, operating system, and app information
- Advertising interactions and performance information
- Diagnostic information associated with advertising services
This information may be used for advertising delivery,
measurement, fraud prevention, security, and advertising
personalization where permitted.
Google processes information according to its own policies
and applicable privacy requirements.
How Google uses information from apps using its services
We do not directly receive users’ personal contact information
from Google AdMob as part of normal gameplay.
4. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required by applicable law, Minesweeper 64 may display
advertising consent or privacy choices through Google’s
advertising consent technology.
Advertising personalization and related processing depend
on applicable legal requirements, user choices, and device settings.
Users may manage certain advertising preferences through
their device’s privacy settings.
Available privacy choices may vary depending on location.
5. Offline Functionality
Minesweeper 64 allows core gameplay without an internet
connection.
An internet connection may be used to load advertisements,
display consent information, and communicate with Google’s
advertising services.
If advertisements cannot load, the core Minesweeper game
remains playable.

7. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally saved gameplay information remains on your device
until it is removed through available app controls, device
storage settings, or other applicable device processes.
Uninstalling the App may remove locally stored information,
subject to operating system backup and restoration behavior.
Information processed independently by Google or its
advertising partners is subject to their retention and
deletion practices.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell locally stored Minesweeper gameplay records
or transmit those records to a JLC Global database.
Google AdMob may collect, use, and share advertising-related
information as described in Section 3.

Third-party advertising providers are responsible for
their own systems and security practices.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, applicable privacy laws may
provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or
object to certain processing of personal information.
Because gameplay records are stored locally, JLC Global
generally cannot remotely access, retrieve, or delete
those records on your behalf.
