1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Minesweeper 64 (“the App”), published by
JLC Global, a business name operated by
Jay Lowe Consulting LLC, an Iowa limited liability
company (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using
Minesweeper 64, you agree to these Terms of Use and
our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please
discontinue use of the App.

Your use of the App is also subject to applicable
terms and policies of the Apple App Store or
Google Play, depending on where you obtained it.

2. Description of the App

Minesweeper 64 is a digital Minesweeper puzzle game
provided for personal entertainment.

The App includes classic Minesweeper gameplay,
multiple difficulty levels, gameplay controls,
and game statistics.

Minesweeper 64 is provided free of charge and
may display third-party advertisements.

Core gameplay is available offline.
Advertising and privacy consent services
may require an internet connection.

We may improve, modify, add, or discontinue
features from time to time.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, Jay Lowe Consulting LLC,
operating under the JLC Global name, grants you
a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to download, install, and use
Minesweeper 64 for personal, non-commercial
entertainment purposes.

This license applies to devices you own or
control, subject to the usage rules of the
applicable app marketplace.

This license does not transfer ownership
of the App or its intellectual property.

Except as permitted by applicable law or with
our prior written authorization, you may not:

• Copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or
  commercially exploit the App.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or
  attempt to extract the App’s source code.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark,
  or proprietary notices.
• Use the App in violation of applicable laws
  or the rights of others.
• Interfere with the App’s operation,
  security, or advertising services.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved
by Jay Lowe Consulting LLC and the applicable
rights holders.

4. Intellectual Property

Minesweeper 64, including its software, original
graphics, design, interface, branding, and
other protected materials, is owned by or
licensed to Jay Lowe Consulting LLC.

The Minesweeper 64 name, associated branding,
and original application materials may not
be used commercially without appropriate
authorization.

General Minesweeper gameplay rules and concepts
are not claimed as the exclusive property
of Jay Lowe Consulting LLC.

These Terms do not claim exclusive ownership
of the underlying game of Minesweeper.

Third-party software, trademarks, and services
remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Advertising

Minesweeper 64 is supported by advertisements
delivered through Google AdMob.

Advertisements may include banner advertisements
and, if implemented, full-screen advertisements
displayed at certain points during gameplay.

Advertising availability, content, and
frequency may vary depending on location,
internet connectivity, and other factors.

Third-party advertisements are provided
by independent advertising services.

We do not necessarily endorse products
or services advertised within the App.

Any transaction or interaction with a
third-party advertiser is between you
and that third party.

6. User Accounts and Game Data

Minesweeper 64 does not require users to
register an account or sign in.

Game settings and statistics may be stored
locally on the user’s device.

Users are responsible for maintaining
their devices and applicable backups.

We cannot guarantee recovery of locally
stored gameplay information if it is
deleted, corrupted, or lost because of
device failure, app removal, or other
circumstances.

Removing the App or clearing its stored data
may permanently remove locally saved
information and statistics.

7. Appropriate Use

You agree to use Minesweeper 64 lawfully
and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not attempt to compromise the
security, availability, or integrity
of the App or associated third-party services.

Parents and guardians are responsible for
determining whether use of the App is
appropriate for children under their supervision.

Minesweeper 64 is a general-audience puzzle game
and is not specifically marketed to
children under 13.

8. Updates and Availability

We may release updates to improve gameplay,
correct defects, maintain compatibility,
or address security concerns.

We do not guarantee that the App will remain
compatible with every device or operating system.

The App may occasionally experience
interruptions, errors, or reduced functionality.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue
the App, subject to applicable laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of Minesweeper 64 is subject to our
Privacy Policy, which explains local gameplay
storage and information that may be processed
by third-party advertising services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable
law, Minesweeper 64 is provided “as is” and
“as available,” without warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied.

This includes implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation,
error-free gameplay, availability of
advertisements, or preservation of locally
stored game data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties
or consumer rights that cannot lawfully
be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable
law, Jay Lowe Consulting LLC, operating under
the JLC Global name, shall not be liable for
indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages arising from use of or
inability to use Minesweeper 64.

This includes loss of gameplay progress,
data, or expected enjoyment.

These limitations apply only to the extent
permitted by applicable law and do not exclude
liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party advertising services,
including Google AdMob.

Third-party services may be governed by
their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent
content, privacy practices, or external
websites of third-party advertisers.

13. Termination

You may stop using Minesweeper 64 at any time
by uninstalling the App.

We may terminate or restrict the license
granted under these Terms if you materially
violate them, subject to applicable law.

Upon termination of your license,
you must discontinue use of the App.

Provisions concerning intellectual property,
disclaimers, limitations of liability,
and governing law will survive termination
to the extent applicable.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of
the State of Iowa, United States, without
regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory
consumer protection rights or other legal
protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.

15. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Minesweeper 64 through the
Apple App Store, the following additional
provisions apply:

• These Terms are between you and
  Jay Lowe Consulting LLC, not Apple Inc.
• Apple is not responsible for maintaining
  or providing support for Minesweeper 64.
• To the extent required by applicable law,
  Apple may have certain responsibilities
  regarding refunds of the purchase price,
  if any, under its applicable policies.
• Jay Lowe Consulting LLC is responsible
  for addressing claims relating to the App,
  including applicable product liability,
  legal compliance, and intellectual
  property claims.
• You must comply with applicable third-party
  terms when using the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party
  beneficiaries of these Terms and may
  enforce applicable provisions against you.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted
under Apple’s applicable usage rules.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect
changes in the App, our business operations,
or applicable legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on our
website with a revised effective date.

Where required by law, we will provide
appropriate notice or obtain consent
before changes take effect.
